4 Mouthwatering Keto Recipes

A ketogenic diet or keto diet is famous for its unique concept of lowering carbs and increasing fats in one’s diet for weight loss. Its underlying principle is to compel body to use fats as a source of energy, rather than using glucose (that comes from carbohydrates) as the source of energy. Normally, glucose is used as an energy source and therefore fat is stored and weight increases. Ketogenic diet reduces carb intake and so, the stored fat is used by the body and that reduces weight. If you are planning to follow keto diet, here are some great keto meals recipes for you.
