- 4 large eggs
- 4 bacon slices

Method
Preheat oven to 375° and bake bacon in rimmed baking sheet lined with foil, until crisp brown i.e. for 12-15 minutes. Cut into large pieces. Keep fat aside for another use.
Take another rimmed baking sheet and spread out kale on it. Drizzle with 2 tbsp. oil. Rub the oil on the leaves and season with salt. Bake these tossing halfway through, until crisp and lightly browned around edges, around 5-7 minutes.
Season yogurt with salt and divide among plates. Top these with kale and bacon.
Heat the remaining 3 tbsp. oil in a nonstick skillet over medium flame. Add eggs one by one. Shake the skillet while adding each egg to prevent them from sticking together. Tilt the skillet towards you and spoon oil over egg whites. Cook until whites are set, i.e. around 2 minutes.
Remove the skillet from flame. Keep it tilted, add turmeric to oil. Grease egg whites with the turmeric oil.
Distribute eggs among plates and drizzle turmeric oil over them. Dust pink or red pepper flakes and squeeze lemon over.

Method
Make two parts of the sliced onion in two 1-quart wide-mouth glass jars. Arrange cucumber slices horizontally in both of them. Top both with dill.
Crush peppercorns and mustard seeds together with mortar and pestle. Add these crushed spices to a medium saucepan. Next add vinegar, water, salt, sugar and dill seeds. Bring the mixture to boil over medium-high flame. Keep stirring until sugar dissolves.
