Ingredients

  • Fresh oregano (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves (roughly chopped), 10
  • Kosher salt, 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Freshly chopped rosemary, 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil, ½ cup
  • White pepper, 1 teaspoon
  • Boneless rib-eye steaks (1inch thick cuts), 3 pices weighing 10 oz each

Preparing the Italian rib eye steak

At first place garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, and rosemary in a small bowl and mash the mixture to make a smooth blend. Now, stir in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and white pepper until the mixture is being evenly whisked. Scrape at least half the mixture in a separate bowl and set it aside. Now, spread the leftover half of the mixture over rib-eye steaks and set it aside for 1 hour.

Now, take an outdoor grill and preheat the same over medium flame and make sure you grease the grate. Wow!! It is time you cook steaks on the grill.
