Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 to 5 bone-in pork chops of ½ to ¾ inch thickness
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
Method
Preheat the gill on a medium heat and oil the crate lightly.
Take a bowl and place black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, smoke flavoring, Worcestershire sauce and salt in it and mix well.
Wash pork chops and dust them with the spice mixture from both the sides. Rub the mixture on the chops with hand to let it penetrate the chops well.
Let it settle for around 10 minutes.
Now grill the chops over indirect flame till their inside is no longer pink. This will take around 12 minutes for each side. If you measure the heat with an instant-read thermometer, it should show 63° C (145° F).
Let the chops stand for about 10 minutes before you serve them.
Serve them with a garden salad and loaded baked potatoes.
