Method

Wash beans, trim both ends. If a fibrous string remains, pull it off. Boil them for 7-8 minutes until they become crisp but tender. Remove all the water.

Boil potatoes for 15 minutes and keep them aside.

Peel carrot if it’s old and spotted. Remove the upper end and lower tip, and boil it for 15 minutes. Keep aside.
