Salmon Teriyaki Stir-Fry

Ingredients: One bunch of chopped green onions, 2 cups white rice, pepper and salt to season, 3 small salmon fillets (fresh),

Method: First sauté chopped onions in pan. Cut salmon into cubes of one inch and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Add these cubes to the pan and cook till the pink color of salmon in the middle changes. Cook 2 cups of white rice in a pot. Combine salmon, cooked rice and mixture of onions and teriyaki sauce and mix properly.
