Yummy Cupcakes Perfect For Health

Yummy cupcakes that are low-fat! How does that sound? Great, doesn’t that? I can understand your feelings if you have a sweet tooth and your dietitian has given you a long list of prohibited sweets! So, whenever you pass by a cake shop, your strong wish to enjoy a cake remains unfulfilled! This is because, I too go through the same feelings, as I too am a sweet-lover and undergoing a weight-loss program! But I find out always delicious but low-fat recipes and these yummy cupcakes’ recipe is one of them.

Fruits are like a boon for sweet-lovers who need to lose weight. These tasty and sweet food items act as sweeteners in many yummy dishes instead of sugar and make the dessert perfectly healthy. So now we will look at a recipe of yummy cupcakes made from a healthy fruit, i.e. pineapple. Its preparation is very simple.

You will need:

1 cup each of flour and sugar, 10 ounce of pineapple (crushed), whites of 3 eggs, 2-3 drops of vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

All you have to do is:

First take a bowl and mix flour, sugar and baking powder well in it. In another bowl, take the egg whites and beat them well; add pineapple and vanilla to the beaten egg whites and mix well. Mix these with the previous mixture of flour, sugar and baking powder and again mix well. Give a light coating of butter on muffin tin and pour the mixture into the tin. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 350° F (176° C) temperature. You can check if it is ready, by using the usual trick of inserting a toothpick into it. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means that the cake is ready. Take it out and let it cool for some time. Cover it, not with icing but, with powdered sugar and enjoy.
