And now a new cooking show – Poland on a Plate – is going to make you even more enthusiastic about this wonderful cuisine.

What is Poland on a Plate?

Poland on a Plate is a unique cookery series that showcases the new flavors of Poland. The show is telecast on Comcast 397 and Polvision digital 24.4. It’s a half-hour show and will be aired on both the stations at the same time, at 8.30 on Friday nights. The host of the show is Basia Brown, a passionate cook herself, a Polish food enthusiast and an avid blogger.

Top guest chefs are invited on the show to demonstrate the making of mouthwatering Polish dishes for viewers with thorough step-by-step instructions. Both traditional as well as modern Polish delicacies appear in the show.

Each episode of Poland on a Plate features a signature Krakus cooking segment, inspired recipes and comments on the latest trends in the kitchen, highlighting farm to table recipes from sustainable sources.
